Please note:

Prepaid hours cover IT services only and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused hours expire unless carried over to the following year (¥1,000 fee, waived with purchase of another package; written request required before expiration). Bookings require 48 hours' notice; a ¥500 fee applies to cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. Charges are based on actual hours utilized.

Annual billing: pay the discounted total upfront, save 10% versus monthly billing, 12 months of coverage starting immediately upon payment. Monthly allocations reset each month and do not roll over.
