N.B.: Terms and Conditions for Prepaid Services Packages:
- Prepaid hours are solely for the provision of IT services and do not cover any additional costs.
- Prepaid hours must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Any unused hours at the end of the 12-month period will expire and become non-refundable or transferable unless the client opts to carry them over to the following year. This option is available with a #get-price("Package-waived", currency) fee, which will be waived if the client purchases another package. The client must submit a written request before the expiration date.
- Prior booking of services using prepaid hours requires a minimum notice of 48 hours.
- A #get-price("Package-missed", currency) fee will be applied for missed or cancelled service bookings with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Charges for prepaid hours will be calculated based on the actual hours utilized.
- Modifications or cancellations of bookings can be arranged by mutual agreement between the client and Pier Alberto Pierini.
