Terms & Conditions – Prepaid Packages
Important information regarding prepaid services
- Prepaid hours apply exclusively to IT services and do not include third-party or additional costs.
- All prepaid hours must be used within 12 months from the purchase date.
- Unused hours expire after 12 months and are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless carried over to the following year.
- Hour carry-over is available for a fee of ¥1,000. This fee is waived if a new package is purchased. A written request must be submitted before expiration.
- Service bookings using prepaid hours require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Missed or cancelled bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of ¥500.
- Usage is billed based on actual time spent, rounded appropriately.
- Bookings may be modified or cancelled by mutual agreement between the client and Pier Alberto Pierini.
